Here at the Lift Village Compound, our mission and goal is to provide individuals the ability to reach their fullest potential in muscular strength and facilitate through personalized programming and coaching. We are also here to help create and foster a supportive environment for all of our clients at all levels of lifting, helping to achieve their fitness goals, improve technique, and build up confidence within everyone. We are here to assist you with your needs and equip you with all the tools needed to succeed not only in the gym, but in your everyday life as well. ABout Your TRainer
Welcome to the Lift Village Compound! I’m Darian Dinh, AKA the Hiddinh Lift Village, and I am a dedicated powerlifter and fitness coach committed to helping you unlock your full potential—both in and out of the gym.
I graduated from CSULB in 2026 with a degree in Kinesiology-Fitness, and have acquired certifications in NSCA-CPT, and NASM-Corrective Exercise Specialist. I specialize in powerlifting and general fitness, helping clients build muscle, gain strength, and improve overall performance.
With the Lift Village Compound, I believe in combining science-based training methods with real-world experience to deliver results. In addition to that, my mission is to provide the tools, knowledge, and motivation you need to achieve your fitness goals—whether you're stepping onto the competitive platform or just starting your journey to a stronger you.
